Deadlines and Fees

Applications for the Fall 2008 CBT administration must be received by November 24th, 2008. If you would like to receive e-mail notification of future examination dates, simply fill out this form.

Refunds and Cancellations

If the size capacity of any examination location is exceeded, registrations will be accepted based upon the earliest postmark date on which payment in full of registration fees was received (check or credit card authorization form). BCPO reserves the right to cancel any examination 15 days in advance if attendance is insufficient, and at any time in the event of acts of nature, etc. impacting the ability to conduct the examination. In such cases, candidates will be contacted if an examination is cancelled, and should assume the examination shall proceed unless contacted.

In any event, BCPO liability shall be limited to a full refund of fees paid. Candidate cancellation or rescheduling requests received in writing with 22 days notice or more will incur a $100 cancellation or rescheduling fee. Cancellation or rescheduling requests received in writing between 21 calendar days and 5 calendar days prior to the examination date, will be given credit towards attendance at a subsequent examination only (No Refund) and will incur the $100 fee for rescheduling. Cancellations received with less than 5 calendar days notice and "No Shows" will NOT be given a refund or a credit towards a later program (unless there is a documented medical emergency).
